IQ-EQ appoints Luxembourg CCO

He previously worked at Intertrust for 10 years, mostly based in Hong Kong

IQ-EQ has appointed Bram Eijsbouts as its new CCO in Luxembourg.

The investor services group said that the appointment was part of the firm seeking to strengthen its global leadership team and advance its growth agenda.

Previously head of business development in the Duchy, Eijsbouts has been working for IQ-EQ for the last two years. He will be responsible for driving collaboration between service segments within the Luxembourg business, as well as between Luxembourg and other IQ-EQ jurisdictions.

Emma Crabtree, group CCO of IQ-EQ, said: “Since Bram joined us in January 2020 he’s consistently made a very positive contribution to our business, in Luxembourg and beyond.”

Eijbout’s LinkedIn profile indicates that he spent 10 years at Intertrust Group before moving to IQ-EQ. At Intertrust, he was director of business development in Hong Kong between February 2010 and May 2017. He was then commercial director and head of sales team between May 2017 and January 2020, based in Luxembourg, when he left to join IQ-EQ.

Prior to Intertrust, Eijbout’s LinkedIn profile also indicates that he spent a number of  years working for ABN AMRO Bank and was based in the Netherlands. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School and Maastricht University.

In addition to its Luxembourg appointment, IQ-EQ said it had appointed David Kim as its chief CCO in Asia. The firm says that it employs over 4,000 around the world.
