Norwegian asset manager Storebrand has launch of three strategies – Global ESG Plus, Global Solutions and Global Multifactor – in the Netherlands.

Storebrand group is Norway’s largest private asset manager with €71bn assets under management.

The group specialises in sustainable investment solutions via “multi-boutique platform” through the brands Storebrand, Skagen and Delphi, in addition to SPP in Sweden.

The three strategies are:

  • Global ESG Plus, a fossil-free global equity strategy that tracks the MSCI World Index.
  • Global Solutions, an actively managed global equity portfolio.
  • Global Multifactor, a long-only approach that invests in 300-400 large and mid-cap developed market stocks.

As part of Storebrand Asset Management, Skagen operates as an independent fund manager and is now able to distribute Storebrand’s strategies in the Netherlands, alongside its own actively managed equity products.

“We are excited to extend our reach to include Netherland based investors,” said Jan Erik Saugestad, CEO of Storebrand Asset Management.

“The need to address global environmental and social challenges has never been greater and our priority is to deliver sustainable investment solutions which provide clients with optimal risk-adjusted returns without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
