Dirk Toedte has joined the Asian investment management arm of UK insurer Prudential.
Based in Luxembourg, he will be responsible for sales and marketing in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and the Nordic region.
Prior to Eastspring Investments, Toedte worked at Alma Capital Investment Management, where he focused on institutional business development in Germany and Austria.
Before that he held sales roles at Allianz Global Investors and Societe Generale, with a 10-month stint as head of distribution for Amundi Germany in 2010/11.
According to Gordon Hogarth, head of European distribution at Eastspring Investment, Toedte will [represent] “our Asian and Emerging Market Equity and Fixed Income investment strategies with European investors”.
